In 2023, over 1,500 providers in The Network participated in the Enhancing Oncology Model (EOM) comprising approximately 50% of all providers participating in the model across the US.[1]

Supportive Resources

In 2023, The Network completed over 265,000 National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) distress screenings to identify health-related social needs impacting patients’ access to care.[2]

Across The Network, there are 94 active commercial value-based care agreements, encompassing 31 commercial models and 13 risk-based arrangements.
